At Hexa Health, we are hiring an Executive – Medical Coordinator to manage patient interactions as part of our partnership with Narayana Health. This is a call-center based role involving both inbound and outbound calls, where you will guide patients through their surgical journey.
The role covers two segments:
● High-End Surgeries: Cases like cardiac (bypass), cancer, etc.
● Post-Op / OPD Conversions: Follow-ups and converting consultations into surgeries.
