We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director - Primary Care Physician to join our team and provide quality medical services across several of our clinics in Northwest region of OH.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient medical records, including evaluations, medications, treatments, allergies, test results, and other pertinent documentation.
- Evaluate patient symptoms, perform examinations, and determine the most appropriate treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications in compliance with state and federal regulations, while ensuring patients are informed of potential risks, complications, and interactions.
- Supervise and evaluate Medical Assistants to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and the effectiveness of care programs. <...
