Provide vital care as a part-time Medical Doctor with CANES Community Care’s Transitional Care Program in Brampton and Bolton. Support medically stable clients undergoing short-term care with your clinical expertise.
This role allows you to engage with clients on a part-time basis, helping to promote safe transitions and optimal recovery. Work collaboratively with nursing teams by overseeing patient care, conducting assessments, and addressing urgent concerns after hours.
