**POSITION SUMMARY:**
A Psychiatry Residency Program Coordinator manages the daily operations, accreditation compliance, and trainee lifecycle for a psychiatry training program. Key duties include scheduling rotations, coordinating ERAS recruitment, tracking duty hours, maintaining ACGME data in the residency management system (MedHub), and supporting resident wellbeing.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
+ Accreditation & Compliance: Maintains program compliance with ACGME standards, including WebADS updates, managing rotation logs, and preparing for site visits.
+ Resident Recruitment & Onboarding: Manages the ERAS application process, coordinates interviews, handles rank list submission, and manages onboarding/offboarding for incoming/outgoing residents.
