Medical Imaging Technologist – North Shore Hospital
Position is permanent, full‑time (1 FTE, 80 hours per fortnight, fully rostered shifts). This role is open only to current employees of Health NewZealand TeWhatuOra. Outside applicants will not be considered.
About the Role
The Radiology Team at North Shore Hospital has a vacancy for a Medical Imaging Technologist in General X‑ray. This role involves undertaking various radiological procedures and looking after patient comfort and welfare.
The department is equipped with DR X‑ray rooms, ultrasound, CT, with a dedicated PACS team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general X‑ray procedures.
- Ensure patient comfort and welfare during imaging.
- Support PACS operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Health Science in Medical Imaging or equivalent.
