The Lemuel Shattuck Hospital (LSH), operated by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Medical Intermediate Care Unit (MICU) at our Jamaica Plain campus. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-acuity care in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, the RN will deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including perioperative and post-anesthesia care. The role involves clinical decision-making, delegation, and coordination of care in alignment with performance improvement principles, hospital standards, and regulatory requirements.
