LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services is seeking a Medical Lab Technologist to join our team in Toronto, ON (100 Intl Blvd).
This is a Full‑Time role with overnight shifts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a wide range of diagnostic and interpretive specimen testing.
- Perform, interpret and release results, ensuring the confidentiality of patient information.
- Identify incidents and non‑conformities, develop corrective action plans, and drive continuous improvement.
- Assist with the evaluation and implementation of new technology.
- Participate in problem‑solving for work organization and workflow.
Qualifications
- College diploma or university degree in Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent education and/or experience.
- CMLTO registered.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good computer skills and knowledge.
