Insight Global is seeking a Medical Office Specialist to join a large regional health system in Florida. This position supports handling inbound and outbound phone calls, communicating with patients regarding appointments, documentation, and questions, monitoring Epic and MyChart for messages and tasks, processing and refiling patient documents, and ensuring timely follow‑up.
