Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Diagnostic Imaging manager, this position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of GR and Fluoroscopy. The Medical Radiation Technologist III will: Provide leadership and vision to support the department goals as they relate to AHS overall mission, vision, goals, philosophies, and policies. Provide department supervision organizing, prioritizing workflows, monitoring and evaluating staff and inventory levels, and assigning daily work. Facilitate and ensure the completion of staff orientation, education and training, including Annual Continuing Education (ACE) requirements. Monitor staff and department compliance with AHS standards and ensures high quality of patient care. ( policies, procedures, protocols.). Develops, monitors, and adjusts patient and staff schedules and workflow to ensure effective and efficient services of the highest quality is provided.
