Park Terrace Medical Practice is looking to recruit a part time medical receptionist who is friendly, keen and flexible to join our lovely team.
Applicant must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in dealing face to face with the general public and be computer literate. A team player with a flexible approach to work is essential, as is the ability to prioritise your workload around the demands of a busy reception area.
Duties include dealing carefully and sensitively with patients at Reception and on the telephone, making appointments, result handling, dealing with general enquiries, processing repeat prescription requests, scanning clinical correspondence, dealing with delegated tasks from clinical staff and general administration.
