Medical Social Worker (WEST, Hospital)

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-6pm

• To assess, provide case formulation and recommendations for treatment.
• To provide appropriate counseling / psychotherapy for inpatients and outpatients.
• To contribute, as part of an inter-disciplinary team, in the overall care plan for the patient.
• As part of an inter-disciplinary team, to facilitate transition to adult-care.
• To develop or improve on workflow for better patient care.
• To initiate and implement new psycho-social programmes.
• To assist in the development of materials for teaching and training.
• Provide in-service training for department staff as needed.

• Min Bachelor Degree in Social Work.
• Min 2 - 3 years of related work experience in clinical service.
