Job Description

Job Summary: Ideal candidate would be an experienced Medical Lab Scientist. We would accept a Medical Lab Technician (Associate's), but either way, the candidate must have completed a Clinical Laboratory Science program. Must be eligible to test for ASCP, but do not need to have the certification. If they have AMT cert, that is acceptable.
Full Time NIGHT Position, Hours are 10:30pm-7:00am with every other weekend and holiday rotation required.
Responsibilities:
  • Performs a wide range of moderate and high complexity clinical laboratory assays.
  • Evaluates validity of results obtained.
  • Troubleshoots equipment and/or testing problems.
  • Performs and reviews quality control and preventive maintenance.
  • ccurately reports results and performs other duties as assigned.
  • Performs established tests and procedures under the supervision of supervisor.
