George Gordon First Nation (GGFN) is seeking applications for a Medical Transportation Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Schedule medical appointments for the clients as needed with surrounding Doctor’s.
- Schedule clients for transportation of the medical van daily to ensure that it is utilized to its capacity.
- Provide certified medical attendance forms to all clients as needed, and support completing the forms.
- Ensure monthly medical logs are completed
- Provide all clients with the necessary documents and assistance as required and withing guidelines.
- Comply will all reporting requirements as outlined within agreements and for the Nation.
- Report and schedule regular maintenance on medical vehicles, ensure daily logs are maintained.
Qualifications
- Business Diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
