Job Description

**Duties & Responsibilities** :

Stakeholder Engagement & Brand Representation

+ Promotes hyper-local value propositions, acting as the Healthfirst ambassador in every phone call and enhancing Healthfirst brand and value propositions
+ Delivers effective sales presentations over the phone to individual prospects family members and delegated representatives.

Strategy & Initiative Execution

+ Provides high-quality telephone assistance to drive membership growth, acquiring new members while also meeting aggressive retention targets.
+ Supports quality and Star Ratings performance by conducting or promoting Health Risk Assessments (HRAs), _Medication Adherence,_ Federal Poverty Limit (FPL), Medicare Savings Program (MSP) and any other initiatives that support quality performance.
