• Create and adjust personal care plans for residents
• Administer medications and conduct health assessments
• Document resident conditions accurately
• Assist in training and mentoring Health Care Aides
• Attend team meetings to discuss resident care strategies
Requirements:
• Nursing diploma from an accredited program
• Current licensing with Alberta nursing authorities
• Mandatory CPR and First Aid certification
