Four Seasons is looking for an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary team at their Mediterranean Brasserie in Dubai. You will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, developing menus inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, and ensuring exceptional service. The role requires at least 2 years of experience and strong knowledge of Italian, Greek, and French flavors.
