Job Description

1. 负责客户会议及活动的全流程统筹协调,包括需求对接、方案策划、场地预订、供应商管理、现场执行及复盘总结;
2. 协助上级开展会务相关销售工作,拓展企业客户资源,挖掘会议、培训等业务需求,完成年度销售指标;
3. 妥善保管客户及项目相关信息,严格履行个人信息保密义务;
4. 配合完成跨部门协调事务及上级交办的其他行政支持工作。

1. 具备良好的客户沟通能力、跨部门协作能力及多任务并行处理能力;
2. 熟练使用Office办公软件,具备基础数据分析及合同文本理解能力;
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、服务意识和责任心,工作细致、条理清晰;
4. 普通话标准,具备基本英语读写能力者优先。
