Responsibilities
- Lead the logistical planning and execution of a variety of moderate to complex medical education programs and Voice of Customer advisory meetings for the Latin America region with a primary focus on Mexico.
- Provide specialized professional services to manage programs and events with advanced proficiency in full-service meetings management, inclusive of venue sourcing and contracting, registration and attendee management, group travel arrangements, meal planning, room set‑up and audio‑visual requirements.
- Manage program budgets and expense reporting.
- Conduct work independently with the freedom to choose methods within defined processes and tools to produce desired results and, when necessary, consult with a supervisor for assistance.
