Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for MEFPS works based on approved plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Review and analyze MEFPS shop drawings , design revisions, and variations for cost impact.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) , cost breakdowns, and supporting documents.
- Monitor and control MEFPS project costs , including budget tracking and cost forecasting.
- Evaluate and verify progress billings , variations, and claims from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of MEFPS subcontractor bids and quotations .
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Accounting regarding quantities, costing, and billing concerns.
