Job Description
Responsible for overseeing both operational
and management tasks related to installation, after-sales services,
logistics, and team coordination for MEL in the assigned
regions.
Key
Responsibilities:
Operational
(Normal Job):
- Perform installation of
products. - Handle after-sales (AS) services,
including in-house repair, product exchange, and paid
services. - Manage rental collection (RC) in
Sandakan, Tawau, Sibu, and Bintulu. - Coordinate
product delivery. - Conduct maintenance (RS)
work. - Process product
returns. - Execute repossession of products as
necessary. - Carry out site visits, collections,
and manage repossessed
products.
Management
Job:
- Assist EM (Executive Manager) in
managing the regional team. - Support the hiring
process for MES staff. - Manage job assignments
