This is a senior leadership role within a heavy manufacturing environment, responsible for leading departmental operations, driving performance, and managing production teams within a fast paced operation.
The business is looking for someone with strong manufacturing leadership experience, a hands on approach, and the ability to drive safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance across the department.
