Description
Administers health insurance benefits for our members and our reps take calls from providers and members regarding claims, benefits, and eligibility.
50-60 incoming calls daily.
Qualifications
1+ years of administrative or call center experience
Shift
Training hours will be 3 weeks, 9am-3:30pm (30 hours/week)
After training; you will be working 40 hours a week; they would like availability from 7am-7pm and will be awarded a set 8 hr shift in that time frame; they will try to take shift requests in a preference ranking of your preferred shifts
