POSITION SUMMARY:

Serve as a member of the county sales team through insurance processing, service and sales assistance. This position is in training for the Sr Member Service Specialist – Healthcare Elite role within three years as Sr MSS requirements are met

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Handle quoting and servicing for Healthcare products available in the agency as a trainee.
  • Handle healthcare open enrollment for the agency with support from VFBHIS.
  • Complete all training and proficiency testing for Health insurance sales and servicing
  • Insurance business processing: answer customer inquiries via phone, e-mail and in-person, process payments, submit claim reports,...
