Training Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM CST (Onsite Attendance Required)
Work Schedule: Hybrid/Onsite: Multiple shifts range between 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM CST (8.5-hour shifts within a 9.5-hour
window)
About the Role:
We are seeking dependable and service-driven individuals to join a leading financial institution as Member Service Representatives(MSRs).
As an MSR, you will play a crucial role in providing empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented support to members through inbound calls. You’ll be part of a dynamic team committed to resolving account-related inquiries quickly and accurately while delivering exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do:
+ Handle inbound calls and assist members with account servicing needs
+ Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve account concerns
