Job Description

  • Processing of New Membership Requests / Add Segment Request/Transfer Of Membership / Surrender of Membership / Conversion of Membership / Change in Status and the activities required in connection of admission membership / add segment on the Exchange.
  • Processing of surrender of membership applications of the members for Exchange and SEBI approval including refund of deposits as applicable.
  • Processing of Change (name / director / address /status etc.) from members
  • Processing of change in shareholding pattern / change in status request
  • Processing of requests for upgrade/ downgrade of membership
  • Processing of Annual Returns and Networth submitted by members
  • MIS Preparation (good knowledge of advance excel is preferred), Agenda preparation for various committees.<...
