Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to all inbound membership enquiries, guiding prospective members from initial conversation through to sign-up
- Deliver consultative, relationship-led conversations with prospective members via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings
- Create a seamless and professional onboarding experience for new members
- Build, nurture, and manage a strong pipeline of prospective members through thoughtful and consistent follow‑up
