Manaaki is a Medium Secure Forensic Unit, which provides specialist care for
people who, as a result of a mental illness, have seriously offended or are
assessed as high risk for serious offending. Priding itself on a sustained
commitment to quality improvement, the Forensic Mental Health Service is a
fulfilling and dynamic environment to work in.
Mental
Health Assistants are instrumental in providing care to patients and supporting
the clinical team. As a Mental Health Assistant, you will assist nursing staff
with patient cares whilst maintaining a safe and clean work environment on the
ward.
