As a Registered Practical Nurse in the Dual Diagnosis Transitional Housing Rehabilitation Program, you will apply your mental health knowledge in a collaborative environment. You will partner with multidisciplinary teams to manage referrals and design behavioral plans while ensuring client progress is monitored effectively in a community-based setting.
