**Hybrid Mental Health Therapist (LMSW/LCSW/LCPC) – Baltimore, MD**

**Position Summary**
We are seeking two full-time Mental Health Therapists to provide care across community, school, and telehealth settings. This hybrid role offers schedule flexibility and a balanced mix of in-person (70%) and remote (30%) work.

**Schedule & Work Model**

+ Full-time (40 hours/week)
+ Flexible day shifts: 7a–3p, 8a–4p, 9a–5p, or combination
+ Hybrid: 70% in-person / 30% remote
+ Weekend availability preferred, not required

**Compensation**

+ **Pay Rates:**

+ LMSW / LCPC: $50/hr
+ LCSW: $56/hr
