In this hybrid role, you will shape mental performance initiatives for military bases across Canada. As a key leader, you will support established teams and assess new service needs while implementing standards and policies. Your work will focus on measuring program success and reporting insights to Canadian Armed Forces leadership, integrating operational and strategic objectives.
