Contracts Manager – MEP Contractor in the UAE
Responsibilities- Lead all contractual and commercial matters across major MEP projects
- Manage claims, variations, EOTs, and contractual correspondence
- Support dispute avoidance and resolution
- Review contractual risks and opportunities
- Advise project and commercial teams on contractual strategy
- Lead final account negotiations and project close‑out activities
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within MEP contracting
- UAE experience essential
- Strong understanding of FIDIC and UAE construction contracts
- Proven track record managing variations, claims, EOTs, contractual notices, and final accounts on major MEP projects
