The ideal candidate should come from a billing/cost analysis background and have hands-on experience in office-based project support functions. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for MEP projects. Perform rate analysis and ensure accuracy in costing. Handle billing-related documentation and verification. Work closely with the project team for cost tracking and reporting. Assist in project cost estimation and budget preparation.
