Qualifications
- Monitor and inspect MEP works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Ensure construction activities align with the project schedule, method statements, and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress and quality reports.
- Verify material deliveries and ensure they meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
- Review and approve inspection test plans (ITPs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), and close-out documentation.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent
- 1- 5 years of experience in MEP inspection, preferably in high-rise or mission-critical projects like data centers.
