Knowledge
Strong knowledge of MEP system design principles, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical distribution, and plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, gas, etc.).
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools for MEP system design.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, contractors, team members, and other stakeholders.
