Responsibilities
- Procurement Planning — Review BOQs, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate procurement schedules aligned with project timelines.
- Material Sourcing — Identify, evaluate, and source compliant MEP materials from approved and alternative suppliers.
- RFQ/RFP Management — Prepare and float RFQs with complete technical details, drawings, and quantities.
- Technical & Commercial Evaluation — Analyze quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and coordinate technical clarifications.
- Negotiation & Finalization — Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and warranties to achieve cost savings.
