Job Description
This Japanese, Tokyo based, general contractor specializes in federal, military, and civil construction projects primarily working for the U.S. Government and its various departments constructing U.S. owned facilities in Japan. A uniquely positioned company they are experiencing rapid growth and recruiting U.S. nationals to be based on 3+ year contracts in Japan, or Japanese islands in the South China Sea. The initial project will see you working on a $150M project in Okinawa managing the MEP scopes and reporting to the Project Director. Working with an international team you will be the key liaison between local contractors, JV partners, and the client (U.S. Govt/DOD). This is a unique and rare opportunity for someone to gain an international cultural experience whilst working on a major project working to U.S. standards.
