Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MEP Cost Engineer / Contract Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis, working on-site at a client location in Feluy, Belgium.
The successful candidate will bring a strong background in Quantity Surveying combined with solid experience in contract administration, and will be responsible for managing all commercial and contractual aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) packages on a complex construction project.
This role requires strong expertise in cost management and contract administration, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with client representatives, design consultants, and subcontractors in a fast-paced and technically challenging environment.
