Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review & understand all tender & contract documents for new fit‑out works
- Quantity take off and pricing base on standard market rates
- Prepare checklists, cost analysis & recommendations for tender submission
- Post contract variation evaluation & management
- Attend tender site show round & and provide briefing notes
- Review & prepare M&E costs for miscellaneous works
- Roll out, evaluate M&E subcontractors quotation and prepare report
- Review subcontractor claim and prepare payment recommendation
- Material sourcing and its procurement activities
- Manage, liaise and finalise with subcontractor for variation order and closure
- Attend to Ad-hoc assignment when required
