MEP Project Quantity Surveyor
Our client are a fast-growing, London-based M&E Engineering firm operating across high-value commercial and data centre projects. Having grown from a £30m to a £60m turnover business in three years, this newly created role reflects their ambition and the scale of their pipeline. You'll join a well-established commercial team of experienced QS professionals and Commercial Managers, giving you the support structure to thrive whilst taking genuine ownership of your projects.
What you'll be doing
* Managing the full commercial lifecycle of MEP packages from procurement through to final account on projects up to £25m
* Preparing, submitting, and negotiating interim valuations and variations in line with contract terms
* Subcontract procurement, tendering, and letting, including robust subcontract management throughout delivery
