Resource Manager MEP
Job Purpose:To plan allocate and manage manpower and resources across all MEP projects ensuring optimal utilization cost-effectiveness and timely deployment of skilled personnel as per project requirements. Acts as the central point of coordination between project sites HR and management for manpower planning and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a comprehensive resource plan covering all ongoing and upcoming MEP projects.
Coordinate with project managers and department heads to identify manpower requirements (engineers supervisors technicians etc.).
Allocate resources based on project priorities skill sets and timelines.
Monitor manpower productivity utilization rates and forecast future requirements.
