Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues efficiently.
- Monitor building systems to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns promptly.
- Conduct routine inspections and report any faults or operational concerns.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other technical teams to complete maintenance activities.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health, safety, and company standards.
Qualifications
- BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in Facilities Management, preferably in high-rise towers/buildings.
- Good knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
