Job Description
High-rise Residential/Commercial building projects of working on all trades Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Firefighting.
Experience of working on all trades Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Firefighting.
Tracking of the progress in line with the Project baseline, reporting variances and mitigation measures.
Close coordination with Project team, Strong follow-up with vendors & relevant stakeholders/package vendors for their scope of work completion.
Resource utilization rates and productivity analysis.
Allocate resources and manpower according to the schedule to optimize productivity and efficiency
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost performance, schedule variance, and quality metrics
Prepare detailed schedules covering the pre-construction and construction activities and set up systems to monitor progress.
