Job Description
The Merchandise Manager (Buyer) – Toy will be responsible for developing and executing the buying strategy for the stationary & toy category, ensuring a compelling and competitive product assortment. This role involves managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and driving category performance to achieve sales and profit targets. The role will also contribute to new product development, especially leveraging experience from the toy manufacturing side and building strategic partnerships with global IP licensors.
