Ackermans is seeking an experienced planner to manage and implement departmental business plans that support our merchandise strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant planning experience, particularly within retail or FMCG environments.
This role requires strong analytical and numerical skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. A solid understanding of the retail merchandise cycle is essential, along with experience with Microsoft Office tools.
