Job Summary

The Merchandiser is responsible for maintaining merchandising standards, supporting sales initiatives, and providing exceptional customer service across assigned retail accounts. This role ensures products are properly stocked, rotated, displayed, and presented according to company standards while building strong customer relationships and supporting account sales activities. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced field environment.
