Reporting to: Greencare Merchandising Manager
We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in the Cape. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the full range of products is always available on store shelves, tracking inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure 100% distribution of products on shelves at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and advise on adjustments to min/max levels.
- Report any issues or shortages to Head Office/Sales team.
- Embody Brand Ambassador values in daily work.
- Provide exemplary customer attention and service.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports with feedback and updates.
- Build relationships with new and existing floor staff and store management.
- Conduct regular product insight coaching and training for staff.
