Merchandiser – H&M Home Account (Lighting & Furniture)

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Management

• Act as the single point of contact for H&M Home on all Lighting and Furniture programs.
• Manage customer communication, RFQs, inquiries, order confirmations, and delivery commitments.
• Build strong relationships with H&M buying, sourcing, quality, and product development teams.
  

Product Development & Sampling

• Coordinate new product development (NPD), sampling, prototyping, and approvals.
• Work closely with Design, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
• Track sample timelines and ensure timely submissions.

Order Management

• Receive and process purchase orders.
• Monitor order status from order receipt to shipment.
• Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and proactively communicate risks or delays.

Production & Supply Chain Coordination
