Job Summary:
Diamond Group of Industries is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Merchandiser
to manage customer orders, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure timely execution of orders while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, specifications, and delivery schedules.
Follow up with production, procurement, and logistics teams for timely order completion.
Prepare quotations, order sheets, and related documentation.
Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers and management.
Maintain strong customer relationships and address inquiries professionally.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Requirements:
** Minimum Education:**
Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICOM or equivalent).
1–3 years of relevant experience in merchandising, sales coordination, or customer service will be preferred.
