Job Description

Merchandising Assistant

Position

This position is responsible for supporting merchandising strategy in Women’s RTW & Shoes by analysing all aspects of sales performance, supporting buying and distribution plan, and identifying opportunities.

Job responsibilities

In-season management

  • Support building initial allocation strategies for seasonal and permanent products to maximize sales and achieve target

  • Support delivering key messages of each collection during Collection Training to retail team

  • Prepare Merchandising Map Book for every collection

  • Manage Trunk show samples by monitoring delivery and arranging rotation according to OTO schedule & Presales plan

  • Partner with Supply Chain team to ensure the optimal stock flow and maximize sales opportunities across seasons
