Job Summary:
- Buying plan order, decide SKU and Qty ordered based on forecasted Mplan
- Allocation initial plan and ensure the product will be allocate and able to be sold in the right store with right SKU and price.
- Ensure the brand performance indicators are achieved as per target (ontime delivery, sold product with 0 discount and high margin, healthy inventory).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and review the Initial Allocation Plan (IAP) based on sales and MOH for each category/store in order to achieve the inventory level (IL) target as per M.Plan.
- Monitoring stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs
- Create & follow up register article , purchase order and incoming invoice
- Ensure the timeline of delivery product, create the initial products allocation plan to stores monthly, monitor sales and the inventory level
